This week’s ByteStand Success interview features Enerskin, a high tech company featured in Runner’s World and Vogue for their patented compression gear made for elite athletes and sports enthusiasts.
Tell us about your products and how you got started.
Enerskin is professional grade compression gear THAT HELPS PROTECT JOINTS AND MUSCLES, ENHANCE PERFORMANCE, AND SPEED RECOVERY. Enerskin is one of the only brands to gain FDA class II approval, validating the performance claims and validating Enerskin as the most authentic compression on the market.
What have you found to be the best ways to attract and retain customers?
We pride ourselves on having the best product on the market. We are so confident in our product that we would be willing to compare it against any other brand in our space. Usually when customers try Enerskin, they tend to be repeat customers and promoters of the brand. Besides this, we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers and building a close knit family of exclusive adopters.
What has been your biggest challenge along the way?
Currently right now, the challenge is getting our name out to the public. We are still relatively unknown but this is starting to change. Our customers are organically growing our brand.
What have been the most helpful books, tools or resources for your business?
The most helpful thing for us is having a team of passionate athletes and adopters of the brand. We are willing to do whatever it takes to get the word out about the benefits of the products.
What are your plans for the future?
We plan on introducing new products to augment our E75 line (leggings, Ankle and Wrist Protection). We are also going to introduce sports specific compression gear that targets the needs for certain athletes.
Based on your success, what advice would you give others who are just starting out?
Change is inevitable… The only thing that is consistent is hard work.
