How do I delete products from ByteStand Amazon Import & Shopify?

Keep in mind that the app will only pull in your ‘Active’ and ‘In Stock’ SKUs from Amazon when it pulls from Amazon. As your products go out of stock in Amazon the app will update the quantities to the products in Shopify (by pulling the updated data from Amazon and pushing the data to Shopify) This will show your products as out of stock in Shopify to the customers.

The app does not delete products on Shopify that go out of stock. The product will just sit in ByteStand and Shopify until it comes back in stock or you delete the product listing out of Shopify. So, in order to delete a product/SKU from ByteStand you must delete the product listing/SKU from Shopify. When you run another Pull from Amazon in the app if the product is truely at 0 quantity it will be erased from the ByteStand app!

It is currently not possible to keep products on Shopify but delete the product out of the ByteStand app.
