Multiple tracking numbers
Amazon shipped a customers order in multiple shipments, where are all the tracking numbers?
Amazon provides us as a 3rd party app with only 1 tracking number per order. Amazon does not let us know if there are one or many tracking numbers, so we have to assume there is only 1, provide the number and close the order.
We would love to provide this feature and we will continue to send this wonderful suggestion to our development team. We do understand this inconvenience and we will continue to try and receive help from Amazon to have this changed so we can help business like you provide better customer service!
