How do I get the ByteStand app?

Just download the app from the Shopify App Store, here, follow the directions and you can be up and running in about a minute. You can download the app here in the app store.

Do I have to have a FBA account with Amazon?

No, a Marketplace Seller account is all you need.

Does FreshCredit use codes or coupons?

FreshCredit does not use codes, coupons or anything other than cold hard cash.

Do my shoppers have to login in order to see their store credit?

Yep, they sure do. That’s how we track and update store credit within your store.

Can shoppers use FreshCredit and another discount code?

No, I’m sorry but Shopify only allows one discount/credit per order.

What SKU should I use?

You need to make sure that the SKU on Shopify matches your SKU on Amazon FBA. ASIN or UPC will not work.

Can I manually or auto-fulfill orders?

If you choose to automatically fulfill your orders your done! Your orders will automatically be sent to, and fulfilled by your Amazon FBA account. However, if you choose to manually fulfill your orders, you will have to, you guessed it, manually fulfill your orders. To do that just go to your orders page, click on the order you’d like to fulfill. You will see a blue “continue” button, next to the description “Buy Postage and Ship Order”. Click that button.

Why aren’t rates showing up on my checkout page?

Typically one of four things is happening.

You don’t have inventory at Amazon to fulfill the order. So check your inventory.
Amazon will not ship your product to the desired destination.
Make sure the SKU on Shopify matches your SKU on Amazon.
Finally make sure your product has “ByteStand” as the fulfillment service.
