I created a draft order but Amazon is not fulfilling it, what’s going on?

Below is a video that shows you how to correctly create a draft order. When you create a draft order you do not have to manually enter in the customer shipping information or product data. But, you MUST include a Shipping rate. See below.

You must follow the video! You have to click on ‘Add Shipping’ and then Custom and then type in the word ‘Standard’. You CAN NOT choose the pre-typed in options Shopify gives you.
