How Are MCF Returns Managed?

Returns can be handled like any other order on Amazon, where you can print a return label for the customer via the Amazon order, or have the customer return the order to you. It’s your choice. However, the Amazon return label will go to an Amazon warehouse, while you can have the customer return it to whomever you like if you manage FBA returns on your own.

To process a successful return, there are steps to follow inside of Shopify and Amazon for handling FBA returns and MCF returns.

Managing MCF Returns through Amazon Seller Central

If you ship returns to an Amazon warehouse, you will use Amazon Seller Central to create the return label and process the Amazon FBA return. MCF Shipping does not manage returns for you.

Processing Returns on Shopify

Because returns aren’t directly supported through the MCF app for Shopify, you can manage FBA returns through Shopify by following the steps outlined here.
