How to enable the Email/SMS notifications in FreshCredit

Where do I go to enable customer Email/SMS notifications?

On the homepage of the FreshCredit app use the purple menu to the right to navigate to ‘Notifications’


On the next page scroll down to Notification Settings. Take note of the ‘toggles’ to the left of each option.

Press on the toggle to enable ‘Credit Added’ and/or ”Credit about to expire.’

After enabling a feature the toggle will be purple and you will receive more options.

Notification definitions

Credit added – A email and/or SMS communication will be sent to a customer when the store gives store credit to their account.

Credit about to expire – A email and/or SMS communication will be sent to a customer ‘X’ number of days before their total store credit is set to expire.
