Are your Live Amazon Shipping Rates set up correctly?
One reason you may not see shipping rates at check out could be because your live Amazon rates are not set up correctly!
Go into the FBA Shipping app and select Rates.

This is your ‘Rate’ page. You may have enabled Amazon Live rates in the set up of the app, manual rates, or Imported rates. This page is going to go over how to check and/or set up your Live Amazon rates.
Live Amazon rates use Shopify’s ‘Carrier Calculated Shipping’ feature to pull real time shipping cost and time frames straight from Amazon Seller Central while customers are attempting to check out on your Shopify website. All time frames and costs are provided by Amazon Seller Central via their MCF program. We are the communication tunnel that *asks* Amazon for this information and then shows this information to the customer on Shopify.

Amazon will offer up to 3 Shipping options for most countries. In some countries/marketplaces Amazon may only offer 2 options.
- Standard
- Priority
- Expedited
In some countries, for example the UK or parts of Europe. Amazon may only offer
- Standard
- Expedited
You do not have to set every option but it is mandatory to set up at least ‘Standard’! Below is a video example of how to create a Live Amazon rate in the app. Notice you now have the option to edit the shipping rate title. This is the shipping rate title the customer will see at check out. And our app will translate that title to ‘Standard’ on the back end before sending the order to Amazon. As once again, Amazon will only accept the words ‘Standard, Priority, and Expedited. Feel free to choose any ‘title’ to showcase to your customers OR just name the rate, ‘Standard’ Every Live Amazon shipping option rate MUST have a name!
Remember that these are Live Amazon rates and Amazon is assigning the time frame and shipping cost for you. So, there is no need to create any manual shipping rates in Shopify’s shipping profile. Just in sure that our app is a ‘Rate’ in your Shopify shipping profile. Navigate to Shopify > Settings > Shipping and Delivery > and ‘manage’

And add FBA Shipping by ByteStand as a rate! Make sure that you are ‘Shipping From’ FBA Shipping as well!
